Control the one-piece shape with four body measurements

The one-piece tool uses chest, neck, back length and front-leg gap. Measure in centimetres with the pet standing naturally and follow each field's guidance. Front-leg gap affects the chest opening position and should not be estimated by eye.

Record your pet's actual measurements first, then consider the stretch of your chosen fabric. Stretchier fabric may call for an adjustment to circumference inputs; do not scale back length or leg gaps along with them. Review the continuous outline and openings

In the preview, review the continuous one-piece outline from neck and chest through the back, together with front-leg openings and overall length. An input can affect several connected areas, so recheck the corresponding body measurement when one region looks unusual.

Test dressing access and chest movement

Dressing access in a one-piece structure depends on fabric stretch and closure method. Test in material with behaviour close to the final choice and check that the garment can be put on and removed comfortably without restricting the neck or chest during movement.

Each payment includes two PDF exports for the same pattern style. Make a test garment after the first export. If a measurement was wrong or the fabric stretch makes the fit too loose or tight, recheck and adjust the relevant measurements, then use the remaining export for the revised pattern.
