Pet Raglan Sleeve Pattern Generator

Use chest, back, front-leg girth and leg length to create matching raglan body and sleeve pieces.

Combine body, head and front-leg measurements

The raglan tool uses chest, neck, back length, head circumference, head height, front-leg gap, front-leg circumference and front-leg length. Measure around the widest part of the head and vertically from crown to lower jaw or face edge; these two inputs drive the hood structure.

Review the chest-back piece, raglan sleeves and hood

In the preview, confirm the chest-back piece, base raglan sleeves, shoulder joins and hood pieces, then review sleeve-to-body seams, hood opening room and front-leg length. Head measurements should control the hood rather than compensate for neck circumference.

Test raglan movement by lifting legs and turning the head

Test in material close to the final stretch and thickness while the pet lifts its front legs and moves its head up, down and side to side. Check the shoulder seams, underarms, hood opening and neck for pulling, removing the garment immediately if discomfort appears.
